SOUL PAINTING | intuitive art & well being 
This is a relaxing, yet revealing ‘mini retreat’ workshop designed to help you step out of your comfort zone & connect to your source by working with “Ki” energy. We’ll be exploring & experimenting with different ways of making marks & applying paint as well as finding ways to exercise your creative muscle. You will use acrylics, water-based oils or mixed media & more. In addition, we’ll be incorporating meditation & mindfulness together with gentle movement & music.

You will have the opportunity to create in a relaxing & contemplative space. Discover the transformative benefits of listening to Kirtan music, mindfulness & wellbeing techniques & create work ‘In The Flow’ to find clarity away from the monkey mind.

About Jo: Joanne trained as a classical painter at the Royal Academy of Arts in London. Her work has been exhibited many times & resides in private, British & International collections. Over the last decade there has been a powerful shift & new authenticity in her creativity & voice resulting in works with a heart-centred & spiritual element. Her teaching methods are a unique combination of her extensive experience.
About Gilli: Working from her studio in Runcton, Gilli is inspired by nature, travel & her love of water & the sea & constantly records impressions of what she sees & feels. A versatile artist with an ability to work in a variety of mediums & styles, her work has been exhibited by various galleries in the past.
